SheetParse processes financial documents you upload so we can return Excel or CSV exports. This page explains what we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account email, billing identifiers via Stripe, usage and credit events, and files you upload for conversion.

File retention

Uploaded and result files are deleted by default within 48 hours after processing completes. Do not use SheetParse as long-term storage for financial records.

AI processing

To extract structured rows from documents, we may send document text to third-party AI providers (currently configured for Kimi / Moonshot, Qwen / Alibaba DashScope, and GLM / Zhipu). Providers receive only the content needed for extraction. We do not sell your documents. We do not use your uploads to train our own public models.

If an AI provider is unavailable, a local deterministic parser may process the file instead.

Other processors

Hosting (DigitalOcean), database and auth (Supabase), and payments (Stripe). Each processes data only to run the service.
